$80 per device w/ SWIFT COMPLY*

(b) RUSH conducted WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS after service has been scheduled
PRICING: $175 per device
$185 per device w/ SWIFT COMPLY*

Additional Fees
*If your city requires a test report upload through SWIFT COMPLY, this price reflects the $10 SWIFT COMPLY fee
Note: Please disregard this fee if SWIFT COMPLY does not charge your city a submission fee.

An additional entry fee of $75 will be charged for (a) or (b) if device is located in a confined space
(i.e. underground, vault, etc.)

A test report will be provided if you do not have your copy.

If you have a copy of your test report, please forward it by doing one of the following two options:
(1) text (714) 642-7267 or email [email protected] within 24 hours
or
(2) leave hard copy under a doormat at the job address

If my device PASSES INSPECTION:
- a report will be automatically uploaded to the city
- a copy of your test report will be included with your invoice as an attachment

If my device FAILS INSPECTION:
- a report will be automatically uploaded to the city
- a copy of your failed test report will be included with your invoice as an attachment
- an estimate for repair will be sent separately
